Provisioned Credentials Do Not Synchronize To The Logon Manager

Symptoms

Provisioned user credential from the Provisioning Gateway (PG) server do not appear in the list of credentials in the Logon Manager(LM) client on the user's workstation.

In the PG console, the user credential disappear from the pending list.
