Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7.0: Unable To Use Firefox On Windows Client To Authenticate Using Kerberos (Doc ID 2031041.1)

Symptoms

When using Firefox on Windows to access the iPlanet Web Server, the user is unable to authenticate. When using Firefox on Linux, the same user can authenticate without any issues.

Oracle iPlanet Web Server reports the following error with log level set to "Fine" or "Finest":

The iPlanet Web Server installed on the Solaris platform.
