ODI Agent Fails to Invoke Web Service with Unexpected EOF for Large Files (Doc ID 2031115.1)

Symptoms

Using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) OdiInvokeWebService tool fails with the error:

It runs properly for small files like 2-3MB and XML is generated with no errors and has proper tags.

This issue is there for only large files .The error occurs only with the OracleDIAgent and with Local (No agent) i.e. studio agent it is successful (even for large files) .
