BPEL workflow is treating expired tasks as non-votes
Default outcome for parallel tasks is currently set to REJECT. Per Oracle documentation the default outcome will be used in cases of a tie or expiring tasks. However, it is discovered that these expired tasks are being treated as approved or non-votes if any other participant has approved their task. Because of this, the outcome reaches the 100% threshold and therefore approves the request despite being expired. This has resulted in New User Request and Role Requests being erroneously approved and created after the expiration date.
