OHS Is Returning HTTP 404 Error For Some Resources (Doc ID 2031228.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Portal application though Oracle HTTP Server, the following error occurs.

404 Not Found

The requested URL /hub/resource/cs__pageLabel=P10000159221316203382495&_portlet.portalUrl=/hub/app/lfg/consumer&_st=e0FFU302S2JSNVJSY2Z1dy9TVy9BRGpseXU1MlU4SG5mRERwcGRKNXNwUHhRRGZ5RDVqSDFqZ21vbFVhVmRyY1g2a1do&_windowLabel=T125000236121402593320452/u_/id_/rr_true/po_false/rs_/rc_/iu_http://hub2-preprod-wlp.lfg.com:80/ces-profile-portlets/*wsrp*separator/primefaces_resource/1.1/primefaces/core/core.js was not found.

 

INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/ohs1.log shows the following:

The OHS INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/mod_wl_ohs.conf file has following entries

 SetHandler weblogic-handler
 WebLogicCluster Host1:port,host2:port

 WLCookieName AppCookieName

 WLForwardUriUnparsed On

  

OAM(webgate) is also available in the setup.
