Symptoms

On Exalogic Lite racks issue of upgrade of Exalogic Life Cycle Tools (ELLC) from 14.2 to 14.2.x failing with "Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal" error is seen. This has also been observed on some Exalogic Racks during mount of the exalogic-lctools shares.

While running "Exalogic life cycle tools" over ZFS share using IPoIB following error is observed.

Also in addition the cleanup action at the end of the installer script (exalogic-lctools-14.2.x-installer.sh) doesn't appear to be working properly as the /tmp/pipe_into_ssh.sh script was not being deleted.

Changes

Issue happens in Exalogic Lite and some Exalogic racks  during mount of the exalogic-lctools shares.
