Tags do not Translate When Changing Portal Language (Doc ID 2031559.1)

In a WebCenter Portal environment the activity stream returns strange tag entries like {object[0] : {custom[TAGS].value} when the locale is changed from English.

For example - in a user's home portal Activities tab, any tags added to uploaded documents will appear corrupted if the language is set to (for example) Italian.

1. Logon to WebCenter Portal and under preferences set the language to English UK
2. Go to the Activities tab, and upload a document.
3. Select the document to reveal properties
4. Select the tags tab and add tags
5. Save changes
6. Note the tags appear correctly in the Activities list

7. Change the language to Italian
8. Note that the tag now appear as {object[0] : {custom[TAGS].value}
