Emails with PDF Attachments are not Importing with *.pdf Include Mask in Enterprise Capture (Doc ID 2031576.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Capture Import Processor Email job is not picking up emails containing PDF attachments when the include mask is "*.pdf", with no error returned.  Changing the mask to "*.*" does allow for the emails to import.
