OAG Metrics Plugin : Delay In Showing Status Of Gateway In OEM (Doc ID 2032047.1)

Symptoms

The Gateway Metrics plugin in OEM is taking 30 minutes to reflect the up/down status of Gateway. The email alert configured for up/down status also
takes at least 30 minutes. This happens even though response status collection schedule is set to 1 min. There are no errors reported in Gateway or Node Manager trace or OEM log file.

However, Gateway up/down status is reflected immediately in API Manager console - which is the required behavior.
