Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, WebCenter Sites

When attempting to load a page in a cluster

1) Secondary Node when it is up and Primary Node is down : Page Not Loading (Failed)
2) Both Nodes are up : Page Loading Properly.
3) Primary Node is up and Secondary Node is down : Page Loading Properly.
