Projects can't be saved into PAM after applying Bundle Patch to SOA/BPM server. The issue occurs when JDeveloper is not installed on the same machine as the BPM server.
The sequence of events:
1 In WLS Admin Console create a new user bpmtestadmin who has Administrator rights ( Group: Administrators)
2 Using the bpmtestadmin user, create a new PAM connection. Ensure that the new connection can be successful established.
3 Create a new Space either form JDeveloper or BPM Composer,
4 If you try to create a new Space from JDeveloper PAM, you will experience the problem immediately.
If you create the space from BPM Composer, you should go back to JDeveloper and try to expand the specific PAM Connection.
