OSB 12c SLA Alert for a Business Service fires even when there is no request

On : version, OSB Web Console Design, Admin

SLA is giving false positives, thus, the alert is thrown at the end of every aggregation interval.
The SLA for the business service is set to fire when the average response time is 3 seconds. The test case takes five seconds to run.
The alert fires if you do not call the business service in the aggregation period or if you do regardless of if the average response time is exceeded or not.
