How to Use a Certificate Issued for One Machine on Another One for Testing (Doc ID 2035368.1)

Symptoms

Need to test the SSL certificate on a test machine before importing it into the production server. Tried to use the certificate issued for a CN (common name), i.e the production machine, on another machine with a different host name, i.e the test server, and recieved the below error in the PIA logs:

 
How can customers test the certificate on a test machine, which has a different host name than the production machine, for which the certificate was issued to, i.e. CN (common name)?
