In WebCenter Content Framework Folders, Setting a Date for Folder Metadata Before 1935 adds 100 Years to the Date (Doc ID 2035941.1)

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, WebCenter Content,

When setting a date for Folder Metadata to a date that is before 1935, 100 years get added to the Date

This can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Create folder folder1. 
2) Browse to folder1 
3) Go to Edit-> Metadata Values. 
4) In a custom date field 'TestDateField',give the value as 4/14/1915 5:46. (any date before 1935 should procuce these results) 
5) Save. 
6) Go to Edit -> Metadata Values again. 
7) You can see the TestDateField as 4/14/2015 5:46.
