After WebCenter Content: Imaging is Installed, the Internal Application 'axf-infrastructure' Is Down While the Imaging Server is in RUNNING Mode (Doc ID 2035951.1)

Symptoms

After a new installation of WebLogic Server, WebCenter Content, WebCenter Content: Imaging, and SOA Suite, AXF is down while the IPM Server is running.

The domain is created with following managed servers: UCM, IPM, SOA and BAM. The UCM, SOA, BAM Managed servers are starting up normally without reporting any errors; however, the Imaging internal application 'axf-infrastructure' is in a Failed State but the IPM server is in RUNNING mode.
