Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, BPEL Service Engine
JDeveloper was re-installed after a hard drive crash.
Now when importing the project and deploying it, the following error occurs. No code changes were made.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Re-install JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0.
2. Install SOA updates.
3. Re-deploy project.
