Symptoms
Integrated Extract hangs whilst we are attempting to move the first_scn forwards with messages of the following form logged in the alert.log
The alert log showed the below:
krvxenq: Failed to acquire logminer dictionary lock. pid=95 OS id=19881. Retrying...
