After Configuring An Enterprise Capture Import Processor Job To Ingest Email Messages, Error "Message Folder {0} does not exist" Occurs (Doc ID 2037944.1)

Symptoms

After configuring an Import processor job to ingest e-mail messages from the specified account, it crashes with the log message:

Message Folder {0} does not exist.
Supplemental Detail oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: Folder {0} does not exist.

Emails are not getting moved when setting up email to either go to a success or failure folder on import. The specified folder is "Inbox/invoices", and it exists on mail server, for the given user. Mail server protocol is IMAP.
