Guest VMs that have correct time before shutdown of the VM from EMOC, when they are started up the time is always incorrect - 11 minutes behind.

NTP is correctly configured which has the correct time.

Sometimes we can see that the startup time stamp of vserver will be shown earlier than the shutdown time stamp.
