The XPATH function oraext:create-nodeset-from-delimited-string() is not generating a null element for an empty field:
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Deploy composite that calls the XPATH function.
2) Submit "Field1~~Field3~~".
3) The incorrect nodeset is generated.
