OAM Console URL /oamconsole Throws HTTP 404 Error When OAM Is Configured in A Cluster (Doc ID 2038702.1)

OAM in two nodes cluster with

host1 with OAM managed server
host2 with Admin and one OAM managed server

Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.2 Working correctly in cluster except when calling the /oamconsole which results in an http 404 error.

Originally (pre-cluster), the url https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN>/oamconsole was working. Now it throws an HTTP 404 error.

All OAM WebGate and other URL traffic based off of https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN> are still working correctly.
