Executing "apexins.sql" script, the installation stops with the messages and error:
timing for: Recompiling APEX_050000 schema
timing for: Upgrade

o The installation command is:
o All versions of APEX were removed before installing apex 5.0.X.
- APEX 4.2.6 was installed successfully using: apexins.sql tablespace_apex tablespace_files tablespace_temp /i/
- APEX 5.0 consistently fails: @apexins.sql tablespace_apex tablespace_files tablespace_temp /i/
