Time Out Error When Adding A Target (Doc ID 2040008.1)

Symptoms

When configuring a target the OPAM admin console displays a pop-up error indicating the test failed for the reason "Target test time out, see server log for details".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to the OPAM Admin Console.
2. Select Targets from the Administration accordion on the left.
3. Create a new target and attempt to test the connection.
