Intermittently, Users Do Not Have Access To WebCenter Page

Issue in Webcenter Portal
1) User A can authenticate into portal. However, once they go to a portal (MyPortal) they experience "You do not have access". We confirmed that two users have the correct role and permission to allow access the portal (space). This issue is unpredictable and sometimes they can get in with no problem. Both OHS nodes are up and running fine.
We tried to login with the same account on two different computers, one got the error and the other accessed the portal with no problem.
