Memory Leak in OGG Extract with FORMATXML (Doc ID 2042548.1)

Symptoms

extract allocates more virtual memory than specified. 
e.g.,  with cachesize 1GB

CACHE MANAGER VM USAGE 
vm current     =    203M   vm anon queues =    167M 
vm anon in use =     36M   vm file        =      0 
vm used max    =    203M   ==> CACHE BALANCED 

CACHE CONFIGURATION 
cache size            =   1G   cache force paging = 1.74G 
buffer min            =   1M   buffer max (soft)  =   4M 
pageout eligible size =   4M 
--------------- 

above shows the cachemgr used only 203M. 
but from os, it shows ~ 15GB allocated: 

FORMATXML is used as a parameter.
