Veridata Web UI Not Accessible After Applying Server Patch 20801527 (Doc ID 2042628.1)

Symptoms

After successfully applying Veridata server v12.1.3 patch 20801527, Veridata web UI is not accessible. The VERIDATA_server1-diagnostic.log, shows:
