Flex Parent Not Appearing When Updating Tables Using CatalogManager (Doc ID 2042688.1)

Symptoms

We are adding a Flex parent to an asset by creating a record in the {assettype}_P_Group table using <ics:catalogmanager>

When inspecting the asset in the UI, it does not show the parent that was added.

But when editing the asset, it does show the parent under selected parents. After clicking Save, the parent then also shows up in the inspect screen.
