Symptoms
Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) 3.0.x has been configured to run APEX.
When configuring ORDS 3.0.1 and trying to access the address http://<HOST>:<PORT>/ords, there is an error:
Error 404 NOT FOUND.
Same APEX instance has been also been configured using OHS and mod_plsql, and runs successfully.
The APEX static images can also be found using the following ORDS related URL:
http://<HOST>:<PORT>/i/apex_version.txt
When activating debug, the following information is seen:
