Symptoms

With UCM WebLogic (10.3.6.0.6) running Java 1.7.0_45 and OID WebLogic(10.3.6.0) running Java 1.6.0_33, Java 1.7 is unable to negotiate with the destination server and connect as TLSv1.0.

Changes

 JSSE is enabled.
