Cannot Checkin Email Files and Documents on First Attempt when DIS is Behind a Proxy Server

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer reports that some users cannot check in emails and new documents via DIS. An example is when they try to do so through the Outlook add-on the checkin window open successfully with the metadata boxes, but the 'submit' operation does not work on the first attempt.
