WSM Servers Start In ADMIN Mode For A New Install (Doc ID 2044351.1)

Goal

In this example, a new installation of SOA (v11.1.1.7) has 2 SOA managed servers, 2 BAM managed servers and 2 WSM managed severs. Both the BAM & SOA clusters are RUNNING but the 2 servers in the WSM cluster are starting with a status of ADMIN.

Looking at the logs, there seems to be a problem loading the dms application and the wsm-pm application due to an unresolved web application library reference.

After following the SOA installation document:

these applications have been targeted to the AdminServer, SOA, BAM & WSM clusters.
