Unable To View Requests From OIM Inbox

When trying to view the details of a request, we get a blank page or errors in the browser such as:
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: https://myoim.example.com:14000/identity/faces/signin?_afrLoop=2597734303109639&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=s40rly7zq_8 does not permit cross-origin framing.
What is causing this and how can this be avoided to see the work-flow details?
