The Links task flow in WebCenter Portal does not allow any control over which type of window is used to display the link.

Using the Links task flow, it is possible to add three types of links:
Page Link
External Link
Content Link

When creating these links, there is no option available to chose how the link is displayed - i.e. in the current window or new window.
The links are displayed in the current window - i.e. when I select the link in my current browser window, my Portal page is replaced by the webpage specified in the link.

We should be able to open thee links in new windows.

We would expect that the external links at least should be displayed in a new window by default.
