Symptoms

Upgraded WLS 10.3.4 to 10.3.6
Upgraded FMW 11.1.1.4  to 11.1.1.7
After the upgrade of WLS and FMW, the Web-service interface which was working earlier stopped working.

Also the following response might be received against the SOAP-UI request :
