WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8

PROBLEM

With Microsoft Internet Browser 11
After creating a folder with an accent character.

For example: “Atencións”

Expanding the Browse Content folder directory can display the folder "Atención”

However Clicking on the Folder to view its content generated the error:

Content Server Request Failed

path:/Users/weblogic/atenciAn does not exist

Issue is not reproducible with previous version of Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

Upgraded to Microsoft Internet Explorer browser 11
