Symptoms

The following error is reported when registering an integrated extract

GGSCI > REGISTER EXTRACT <EXTRACT_NAME> DATABASE
ERROR: Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT <EXTRACT_NAME>  because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 24034.

after copying a database from one server to another.
