Content Tracker Shows the Same Username Twice in the 'Top Content Items Seen By User' Report for OID Users (Doc ID 2045211.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing and configuring Content Tracker, when the "Top Content Items Seen by User: report there are hits for "DAN' and 'dan'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the "Top Content Items Seen by User" report for "USER" and "user" be combined because they are the same user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up WCC to integrate with OID
2. Use the DisableSyncUsers=false parameter to sync the users from OID to WCC.
3. Install Content Tracker and set up reports for content items
4. Run the "Top Content Items Seen by User" report
5. See the report contain some items from "USER" and other items from 'user'
(or any other user where the case is different in OID then it is in WCC)
