Error: "security field undefined" Recreating the Index Collection Reveals Malformed config.cfg (Doc ID 2045280.1)

Symptoms

Problem occurs when recreating the index collection.

Error like the following is generated:

>indexer/6 07.21 08:57:32.226 index rebuild work SearchFieldInfo.addSecurityInfos: the security field xClbraAliasList #0023 Como estamos usando ACL is not defined.
