Problem Installing The Self Service Password Reset Client when doing a client only installation (Doc ID 2045359.1)

During install of the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) client we get the following error and can not proceed with the install:

"You must select at least one authenticator"

Whereas the "ESSPR client only" installation does not require an authenticator, how can this be dismissed to allow for successful installation of the client?
