Symptoms

When using RCU to create the schema needed for a fresh OIM 11g R2 PS2 installation, the creation of the following users fails with "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01450: maximum key length (6398) exceeded" when creating MDS, OPSS, SOAINFRA schemas.
