Audit Log Issue : Unable to Get Unique Sequence Number

Audit works fine for a while, then you start getting the following error:
[2015-07-24T13:27:03.612-04:00] [oam_server1] [ERROR]  [oracle.security.audit.logger] [tid: AuditLoaderRunner] [userId: ] [ecid: bb32af0aad78bd09:1b8ef2ae:14ebe30170c:-8000-0000000000000007,0] IAU:Unable to get a Unique Sequence Number using query:SELECT ID_SEQ.NEXTVAL FROM dual
When you check the database, you can get the sequence number, and it is still incrementing.
