Symptoms

When accessing the BPM Workspace in11g using Kerberos SSO and http://hostname:port/bpm/workspace, the below error occurs

In 12c, this error is seen when using both http://hostname:port/bpm/workspace/ssologin and http://hostname:port/bpm/workspace/:
