Unable to Customize A Part of Forget Password Page UI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A pop-up window error with no text massage is shown while customizing a part of "Forget Password". After that, one cannot customize the part of the "Forget Password?" due to the following message.
oracle.iam.ui.unauthenticated.forgotpassword.pages.successPage of type Form
Binding Definition is not found.
Step by step for reproduction
1.Create a new Sandbox.
2.Click Customize link.
3.View -> Source
4.Click "Open Tasks" in left pane.
5.Search "showDetailHeader:Unauthenticated Pages.
6.Invoke right click and select Show Component.
7.View -> Design
8.Click "Forgot Password?" under Unauthenticated Pages.
9.Input userid and then answer the challenge QA and next.
10.In "Please enter new password", navigate View -> Source.
11.Click "Re-enter new password" and Click "Add Component".
12.Add Web Component -> Output Text and click Close.
13.Navigate View -> Design
14.Input the password and click Save.
15.You can see "Password has been changed." and "Back to Login" button.
Then navigate View -> Source and click "Password has been changed.".
16.Add Web Component -> Output Text and click Close.
17.Select "<>outputText: Value" and click "Edit" button.
At that time you can see the popup window with no text message.
