Goal

Scenario 1:
Two servers, one Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g 11.1.1.9.0 or 12c, and one OID server of a lower version, e.g. 11.1.1.5.0.

Configured both versions to allow anonymous binds (orclanonymousbindsflag=1 as required per Document 947285.1). Verified tnsnames resolution works against both versions.

Testing anonymous binds, the 11.1.1.9 server returns different results for the following bind tests:
