OVD 11g
Unable to create an entry in OVD with an empty value for an attribute.  Error thrown is LDAP Error 21
Same works fine against the backend LDAP Server, for example OID

Example TestCase:

- Create an LDAP Adapter in OVD (backend LDAP as OID)

- Create an LDIF with an empty attribute ("description" attribute having empty value)

dn: cn=testuser1,cn=users,dc=ovd,dc=com
orclsamaccountname: testuser1
givenname: testuser1
sn: testuser1
mail: testuser1
objectclass: top
objectclass: person
objectclass: organizationalPerson
objectclass: inetOrgPerson
objectclass: orclUser
objectclass: orclUserV2
uid: testuser1
cn: testuser1
userpassword: welcome1

- Try to add this entry using ldapadd
- Gets the following error

adding new entry cn=testuser1,cn=Users,dc=ovd,dc=com
ldap_add: Invalid syntax
ldap_add: additional info: LDAP Error 21 : 'description' has no values.
