DefaultUserFoldersSecurityGroup Option Does Not Work Properly In WCC 11.1.1.8.0 (Doc ID 2047134.1)

The DefaultUserFoldersSecurityGroup configuration setting does not work in properly in WCC 11.1.1.8.0 release.

The setting will default to the Security Group that is alphabetically first AND that the user has RW permissions for.
