Symptoms

 When ITaskQueryService#authenticate fails it is expected that oracle.security.idm.OperationFailureException will be caught, however, the client jar (oracle.external.soa.jrf-wsclient-extended.jar) does not contain the oracle.security.idm.OperationFailureException class. Therefore, the following error occurs:
