Enterprise Manager Shows "No Such Target" Error Message When Trying To View Information For Reports Server (Doc ID 2049709.1)

Symptoms

Reports Servers show in an intermittent way "No Such Target" error message when trying to check information about reports servers like past jobs from Enterprise Manager.

The Oracle reports server links in EMD metric browser page (http://hostname:5155/emd/browser/main) are shown as broken (not clickable) and show a message "Compute dynamic property takes too long".

"emctl config agent listtargets" command lists all targets.

"emctl status agent" command shows agent as running.

"emctl status agent scheduler" command does not show any data.
