Last updated on FEBRUARY 19, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Portal - Version 11.1.1.9.0 to 11.1.1.9.161018 [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Created a JDEV build adf task-flow thru extended.spaces.webapp and now unable to log into the WebCenter app.

You have an WebCenter Portal Framework app (CustomJarApplication is the Shared Library Application (where taskflow from jdev is built) WCPSExtApp is the extended.spaces.webapp Application (where shared library is being referenced)).

The following type of warning in the loop in the WC_Spaces-diagnostic.log

[2015-08-20T01:45:02.133+05:30] [WC_Spaces] [WARNING] [] [oracle.adf.share.ADFContext] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <USERID>] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: webcenter#11.1.1.4.0] [DSID: 0000Gx7bB0r91jZay0icNG1LpABp000007] Automatically initializing a DefaultContext for getCurrent.[[
Caller should ensure that a DefaultContext is proper for this use.
Memory leaks and/or unexpected behaviour may occur if the automatic initialization is performed improperly.
This message may be avoided by performing initADFContext before using getCurrent().
For more information please enable logging for oracle.adf.share.ADFContext at FINEST level.
]]

If the custom taskflow is removed, then login works without any issue.
