Symptoms
When using ADF Rich Input component af:inputText in conjunction with Chrome version 42 executing in an Android operating system the component does not behave as expected.
When configured with a converter to hide the data entry the converter is not triggered in this environment.
The same test case executed in other environment triggers the converter masking the input text.
